  • What is a review link?
    A review link is one short link or QR code that asks the customer how their experience was, then opens a different destination depending on the answer: your public review page for a happy answer, a private feedback form for an unhappy one.
  • Does a review link decide who can leave a public review?
    No. It only chooses which page opens first. Anyone can still leave a public review at any time, on any site, whatever they answered - and you choose both destinations and the threshold yourself.
  • Which review sites can I send people to?
    Any destination with a URL - Google Business Profile, Yelp, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, an app store listing, or your own page. You paste the link you want happy customers to land on.
  • Can I change the destination after printing the QR?
    Yes. The QR encodes a Kilo short link you own, not the review URL itself, so you can change the review page, the feedback form, the prompt, or the threshold at any time and the code you already printed keeps working.
  • Can I see how the link is performing?
    Yes. Every scan appears in your analytics with device, country, and campaign - so you can see how many people answered, which way they were routed, and which locations or printed materials drive the most responses.
  • Is a review link free?
    Review links are a paid feature and aren't available on the free plan. The free browser designer still lets you design and download static QR codes with no account.
